2. Site Visit & Inspection

Buyers are required to request a site visit to inspect machines to their own satisfactory condition prior to purchase. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the condition, specifications, and suitability of any machine before committing to a purchase.

Payment terms will be agreed upon between the buyer and CS Hardware Trading Pte Ltd prior to the release of any machine. Full payment is required before collection or delivery of machinery.

5. Collection & Delivery

Unless otherwise arranged, buyers are responsible for the collection, transportation, rigging, and removal of purchased machinery from our premises. Delivery can be arranged at additional cost — please enquire for a quote.

6. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of used industrial machinery, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once payment has been made and the machine has been collected or delivered.

7. Liability

CS Hardware Trading Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any machine sold through this website.
